Alone
I'm posting right now because I feellike this blog should be kept alive by someone. I'm not criticizing anyone for not posting, but until people finish the new Harry Potter book, this blog will be lacking in readers and posters. That's where I come in.Okay...so, I haven't exactly done anything interesting lately. Last night I went to the Harry Potter release party with Meredith and Logan. I enjoyed it for several reasons:
1) Logan decided to spit on the door handle of a car that was double parked, and I found this funny.
2) I was around a lot of people, but wasn't miserable. A pleasant surprise.
3) I noticed that BAM had sold out of all Palahniuk books except for one copy of Fight Club. Go Chuck.
4) There was an abundance of men in their mid to late twenties who were hairy, obese, and carrying around very intricate wands. This was quite funny, so Meredith and I made fun of them. For fear of having spells cast on us, however, we didn't talk to them.
5) When the clock struck midnight (11:57 by my watch, but whatever), they handed out the books and herded the people out of the building with such efficiency that we were out of there within ten minutes.
Now I have a challenge to all who are reading the new Harry Potter: respond to this post when you finish the book and tell me the exact date and time of its completion. Why? Because I have no life.
