Go hereIsn't it amazing how manatee fossils have been traced back from 60 million years and they have the possibility of dying out within a hundred years from now because of speedboats killing them? I just love how animals live for millions and millions of years, then people come in and kill them completely in what...150 years?
Ridiculous. Absolutely.
So, I know that I sound completely hippie-esque...but if possible, please consider donating to that cause or "adopting" a manatee or something. If you don't want to give money, please consider signing petitions on the website.
Here are a couple of other different endangered animals...I'm not saying, "DONATE NOW!!!" I'm just trying to..hm...raise awareness about how the only animals that will be around in 100 years or so will be people, their pets, and animals in zoos.

So perhaps I've gone nuts...well, I have an excuse. it's late- I'm delirious. It is for a good cause, though.
